1) yoga
2) meditation
3) go for a walk or ride my bike
4) create
(draw, take photos, field rekordings, journaling...)
5) spend some time with guido
(talk, cook together, go for a walk, kiss, watch people and laugh)
6) cook and eat good food
7) read
8) surf the internet
(recive and send emails, research, blogs)
9) spend some time in my favorite pub or go to a concert
(meet some people, talk, just hang around, listen to music)
10) learn something new
