put 300g flour in a a bowl
make a hollow
and add half a package of yeast,
some brown sugar or honey
and add a dash/bolt (?) of olive-oil
then add 150ml of warm water and one teaspoon of salt
mix and knead the pastry
cover the bowl with a kitchen-towel
and leave it at a warm place for about an hour
roll the pastry
and add layers of everything you like
we started with tomato-sauce, then some bacon, salmon or salami
we added mushrooms as well
the final layer is cheese of course, we like comté the most
then bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes
tadaaaa...
I also added some rocket-salad on top
